How Starling Adjuster Group Started…
Starling Adjuster Group was originally created to assist those who need help navigating throughout the insurance industry after a natural disaster. My client’s are always provided with rapid, honest and reliable answers as well as results! I am very meticulous and systematic with making sure my clients are well taken care of.
I started this business after being in the claim’s management field for over three years, in addition to four years in the insurance defense litigation field. I have also worked with many attorney’s over the course of ten years- to say I know the system and the “in’s & out’s” is an understatement.
The insurance world is all about being precise with answers, knowing the right questions to ask and how to phrase them just right and finally, knowing how to navigate through the process and how to make sure your responses are filed in a timely manner.
I pride myself on being a very focused and detail-oriented claims professional with a strong understanding of commercial and residential insurance policies, compliance coverage’s, and statutes. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with insurance carriers, policy holders’ adjusters, contractors, and the general public. This benefits and ensures your claim is WELL taken care of and you will always feel like you are my number one client!
Along with obtaining my license and bond, I pride myself on staying up to date with the newest training’s and technologies to help my clients and run my business seamlessly!
